(Q) En quoi consiste votre travail?<\/strong><\/p>\n

(A)<\/strong> Je suis charg\u00e9 de recruter des talents pour le d\u00e9partement des ventes et le d\u00e9partement marketing dans la r\u00e9gion de l’est du Japon (de Hokkaido \u00e0 Shizuoka). Je s\u00e9lectionne le type de support \u00e0 utiliser pour le recrutement en fonction du march\u00e9 du travail ainsi que l’affichage des annonces. Les responsabilit\u00e9s comprennent \u00e9galement le premier tour de s\u00e9lection des candidats et l’organisation des entretiens avec les responsables, la notification des r\u00e9sultats aux candidats et assurer le suivi jusqu’\u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e dans l’entreprise.<\/p>\n

(A)<\/strong> La plus grande satisfaction que j’\u00e9prouve \u00e0 travailler ici est d’\u00eatre personnellement t\u00e9moin des r\u00e9alisations et du travail de ceux qui ont eu la chance de rejoindre l’entreprise. J’ai l’occasion de rencontrer des gens tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents au quotidien, et en tant que personne qui embauche, j’\u00e9prouve \u00e9galement une grande satisfaction lorsque je sens que je remplis le r\u00f4le de communiquer la magnificence de Hilton Grand Vacations. (A)<\/strong> \u00c0 l’origine, j’aimais voyager \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger et j’ai exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 le bienfait des vacances. Comme j’ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 motiv\u00e9e pour travailler dur afin de partir en vacances, j’ai sympathis\u00e9 avec le \u00ab\u00a0mode de vie de vacances\u00a0\u00bb de Hilton Grand Vacation. En outre, pendant le processus de s\u00e9lection, j’ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que ce n’\u00e9tait qu’une semaine plus tard que je s\u00e9journerais dans le centre de vill\u00e9giature de l’entreprise \u00e0 titre d’essai et j’ai pens\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Je vais dans cette entreprise la semaine prochaine !\u00a0\u00bb La personne en charge du recrutement m’a dit \u00ab\u00a0on se voit dans une semaine \u00e0 Hawa\u00ef\u00a0\u00bb et je me suis dit que c’\u00e9tait une telle co\u00efncidence et j’ai senti que c’\u00e9tait le destin.<\/p>\n

Par rapport aux organisations matures, elle est toujours \u00e0 la recherche de nouveaux d\u00e9fis et je sens qu’il y a beaucoup de changement et de rapidit\u00e9. Il est difficile pour moi d’essayer de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces changements, mais il est tr\u00e8s s\u00e9duisant que les nouvelles propositions soient facilement accept\u00e9es alors que je r\u00e9ponds aux diff\u00e9rents mouvements de l’entreprise. Avant de rejoindre l’entreprise, j’imaginais le prestige de la r\u00e9ception et des salles de conf\u00e9rence de l’entreprise, mais apr\u00e8s avoir rejoint l’entreprise, en entrant dans les bureaux de l’entreprise, il y a cet espace ouvert et comme je l’imaginais, comme il n’y a pas de foss\u00e9 avec les autres d\u00e9partements, la communication est facilit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

(Q) Message aux candidats de votre point de vue de recruteur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(A)<\/strong> Comme l’entreprise est en pleine croissance, je pense qu’elle peut offrir un grand espace aux personnes qui aiment \u00eatre mises au d\u00e9fi, qui sont actives et qui prennent des initiatives. Actuellement, j’entends des choses li\u00e9es \u00e0 la conception globale de la vie telles que \u00ab\u00a0nous avons pu changer la vie de nos clients\u00a0\u00bb de la part d’autres membres de l’\u00e9quipe.
