Established in 2003, our Tokyo office was Hilton Grand Vacations’ first location in Asia. It now serves as a hub for our Asia operations and supports our offices throughout Japan and Guam.

Sales

Engage new customers who have an interest in our vacation ownership program by guiding them through a 90-minute sales presentation within our sales galleries, and educate them on how our tailored vacation ownership offerings provide a better vacation lifestyle.

  • Work locations: Hibiya, Shinjuku, Yokohama, Maihama,
    Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe and Fukuoka sales galleries
  • We have home visit team to cover all areas in Japan.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Has 5 or more years of industry experience, preferably in sales. Some education is preferred, but not required.

Marketing

Work our booths at marketing events and entice potential customers to learn more about our vacation ownership offerings by determining their vacation style and signing them up for our sales presentations.

  • Work locations: Hibiya, Shinjuku, Yokohama, Maihama, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe and Fukuoka sales galleries

Corporate

Support Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to contribute to company business and growth. HR, G&A, Talent Acquisition, Business Management, IT etc.

Owner Services

Answer questions, process payment, and share advice over the phone with Hilton Grand Vacations Club Owners.

  • Work location: Shinjuku

Our Ideal Candidate:
Minimal experience in the travel industry or a call center or English skill in reading and writing is preferred, but not required.

At Hilton Grand Vacations, our goal is to help our guests get more out of life with a lifetime of fulfilling vacations.

In 1992, we entered the vacation ownership industry in Florida as a joint venture between Hilton Hotels Corporation and Grand Vacations Limited. The following year, we moved our headquarters from Ft. Myers, Florida to Orlando, Florida. Almost 25 years later, we have opened resorts in a variety of desirable vacation destinations, including Las Vegas, Hawaii and New York, to extend our unique vacation ownership lifestyle to guests around the world.

Our Japanese sales center in Tokyo opened in 2003, and to this day, we remain one of Japan’s most successful vacation ownership companies. We now reach more than 50,000 Owner families across the country in cities such as Osaka and Nagoya.
